October leasing deals?
450 = 60% and .00221
550 = 53% and I forget the MF as I don't give a damn due to the residual.
"Special rates" whether lease or purchase - by the manufacturer is determined by supply/demand/inventory for the model - and purchase finance by competitive lender - in leasing no 3rd party legtimate leases by-and-large anymore...
To continue accuracy - lease term also determines both MF and residual - but the "other" major factor is how your state of registration determines sales tax on leased vehicles - since let's say on a 36 month lease - $3000 on the front end - dealer contribution -or more cash in - are both pluses to bring lease payment down - but full purchase price sales tax for those/most states adds cost and moves the other way as compared to tax/payment-only states...
And you MOST definitely notice the pickup at 75 when you floor it. That's where you notice it the most.
Dealer cash: at least $1625, most likely $1750 or $2000
Residual: 63% @ 36mo/10k (+1% for 7.5k, -1% for 12k, -3% for 15k)
Money factor: 0.00165 (0.00155 with Autopay)
