2nd row head rest
I checked out the gl but seems the 2nd row headrest are really inconvenient.... The headrest have got to be in the up position otherwise can't seat in the 2nd row properly... But then the headrest needs to go down to fold the 2nd row by pushing the power button otherwise the headrest gets stuck with the front seats .. So I figure I would be moving the headrest up and down all the time... Is it?

Headrest auto-retracts when using EZ-Entry - correct, needs to be put up manually.... your other "option" is to have dealer remove headrest - which requires them to go into the seat - remove locking clips to the mechanism and pull them out...

How often do you expect to put the seats down? I've got two child-seats in the second row so it's very rare that I do it, only on the occasion I'm picking up my parents and then I put the child seats on the third row.
But like fabbrisd1 said, the headrest go down automatically, and then moving them up is super easy, just pull out and up.
