Front License Plate?

How do you guys mount the front license plate? I don't want to drill a hole into my car but can only find the no hole tow hook package for MB sedan.

Any suggestion? I live in Seattle where front license plate is required by the law.

Thanks!

Front plates required in California also. So dealership has to place one per the salesman when I bought my bmw from a norcal dealer.

Going to fill holes in the bumper where they placed 4 nice holes straight through it!

I just drilled a couple of small holes in the bumper. If you cannot bear to do this, I'd recommend getting some very strong magnets from a magnet supplier and place these on the inside of the bumper. Then, add heavy steel washers to the license plate holder and use the magnets to draw it in place. You will probably want to put some plastic sheet between the washers and the bumper to prevent marring the paint. This is a real pain to do, but it is the only alternative I know of to drilling holes.

Yikes! Normally they will let you sign something and not do that.

Another possibility that I just thought of would be to utilize the tow hook threaded hole as a base for a license plate holder. This would probably take some license plate holder customizing, and would require a length of all thread rod threaded for the tow hook holder, but it would work. It certainly would not be pedestrian friendly, but it would meet your state's laws requiring a front plate.
