CPO appearance
I went to see this 2013 GL450 at the dealer and found there was a nick on the right fender and a crack that's about 4 inches long on the rear bumper. I asked the dealer to fix it before I buy it and they told me they're not going to fix it unless we have a deal. But regardless, aren't they supposed to fix anyway because it's a CPO? WTH?
It doesn't matter if it's a scratch or crack, it's what you want done and if an agreement can be made to repair/replace the concerns in question for a price you both can be happy with.
CPO is not really what it means, as far as "stringent and painstaking" process to make the vehicle worthy of the "CPO" label. I think they just slap that on there just to try and weasle a higher selling price.

The dealer agreed for me to bring it back and they will fix it. Just need to arrange for a day to drop it off and they will give me a loaner. They gave me a "We Owe" contract so I should be covered.
