Red calipers on GL63
Can the dealer swap out the silver calipers for the red ones?
They said they have someone who can paint them, but I'm not sure I'm too keen on that kind of aftermarket work on a new GL63...

If you buy new calipers... I would buy your "old" ones.
Paint is pretty easy to do. Best is to powder coat or even anodize them. Paint can chip pretty easily if the techs are not careful putting on the wheels.
You can also put on Brembo's front and rear or Racing Brake's if you wanted to go aftermarket.

Aren't you in the market for a S? If by swap, you mean you have to order a new red set and just sit on/sell the gray set, then yes. Far easier to find one/spec one with red brakes to start.

Haha! Yeah, I was looking at an S, but decided we needed more room for the kids so I'm jumping up to a GL63 (power and space).
