If you are saying for 2014 GL550 - then you will need to have your MB dealer check by VIN#.
2014 is a split year for gasser GL's - 1st part of the year was "blue" - and transitioned based on VIN# to new/new pink..

Happy to help - they are not too many MB owners out there that are aware of the new/new "pink" for transition 2014's and 2015's going forward - have no idea what the dif is - but like I say for a 2014 - best to check !

The reason you see Red in 2015 and not in 2014 earlier is because there might have been some component updates which gives an clue to the Tech, but agian its no hard fast rule.
Just give your car to Dealership to flush the coolant and you open the hood you might see a opposite color coolant what you previously had. Again all are same.
