Demo car with $17k discount?
I don't know why but I keep running into 2014 demo GL450(I posted a question about an unsold GL couple of weeks ago...this was from a dealership in my area). Now another dealership has another GL450 and I might be able to squeeze a better deal. I haven't even visited the dealership yet to see the car but it has 2k miles on it. Loaded with package, 79k sticker price. Dealer is now offering 62k. IS this something I should be interested in, or walk away from immediately?

It's under warranty .. I would jump on the low price if it drives well. Don't worry about the demo issue... Consider and extended warranty if you'll keep it beyond the extended period

Is this 2nd GL450 at a independent dealer ?
Similar to your previous post on the 1st GL450 - and at that time you had stated that one was a "unsold 2014 GL450" - similar to my response then - I do not see this 2nd GL450 w/2K miles in the Mercedes dealer system.
For a non-Certified/non-MB dealer - with 2K miles - I would suggest due diligence - and I mean quite a bit more caution than CarFax.
A non-Certified 2014 GL450 - putting aside there can be a $5K-$12K swing based on equipment - at a independent dealer - a 2014 GL450 10K/15L miles can be mid-$60's target.
Please understand = shopping lowest price point on any luxury rig across independents - need to put on your Detective hat.

I don't think it is an independent dealer and I just looked it up on their website. 2014 GL450 is there, with 1993 miles. It doesn't say it was a demo.

Of course the 16s will be out shortly and you are driving a 2 year old car no matter what the mileage... V8?
Wondering what a CPO 14 Gl550'goes for these days?..... Just a thought.
