Reserve fuel. Don't believe the estimate!!
When your GL tells you you have 30 miles of reserve fuel you don't. We ran out of diesel tonight less than a minute from home and our favorite Shell station.
My bad for letting it get low but we drove 400 miles and just wanted to get the kids to bed and then go get fuel. Neighbor brought us fuel.
It self primed and started after about 10 seconds of cranking.

I've run it down to where the distance estimate goes to "--". At least that's what I think came up when the distance remaining shut off. Not a good thing to cut it that close and I don't recall why I did, but the distance remaining estimate on my vehicle seems fairly accurate.
