2014 GL450

GL450 Door and Bumper Molding

Guys,
Any suggestions for X166 door and bumper moldings? I am concerned about doors from other cars scratching my paint or my kids scratching the door edges while opening ours.

I don't see my GL450 come with any protection for these. Since I have metallic black, not sure if these are offered in factory colors or have to go with standard black.

2014 GL450

I came across a body side moulding for ML350. Looks like a good fit for the GL450. Do you guys think the chrome will look good on black? It is about 1" wide.Can't seem to make up my mind.

Pretty sure the rear door could be a problem with fit considering the longer wheelbase and different exterior surface design of the GL. If memory serves, the front doors are identical between the ML and GL.
