SOS Inoperative

2014 Honda Odyseey Touring Elite
SOS Inoperative
When I started my new GL this morning it came up with this alert. The screen says SOS Inoperative. The SOS light is not lit up either. I don't remember pushing any buttons. Anything I can do to turn it back on...or is it broken? I used the i button and called mbrace and the agent thought it might not work in a crash. Only 1100 miles

The good news is your main mBrace unit is wroking - since you reached Concierge.
The protocol would be for the dealer to "re-program" the mBrace unit - and that process in the shop takes about 1hr 20 min.
Schedule a dealer appt under warranty - and all should turn out to the good after the re-program.

Well I took it in today. They have to replace a part. They didn't specificy which one but they will have it on Thursday so I picked it up and will bring it back then.
