Official CPO Checklist and tolerances??
Does anybody have the official MB CPO Checklist, criteria and/or tolerances?

Sure - but the check list is different for each model.
The selling dealer can print out the CPO inspection report for the exact vehicle you are looking at.
The report gets done - in detail - and uploaded to MB - because it's MB that issues the CPO coverage - based on that dealer inspection/service
