Help with Gl350
With a copy of the dealer invoice/work-order in hand - for the service date and reference # - call Mercedes Customer Care M-F normal office hrs East Coast Time (800) 367-6732 - and tell them that dealer has not adequately treated this Safety Problem - and that you want diagnosis and service to correct this service problem. Make sure you give them a tel# you can be reached w/voicemail or text.
That will start back-channel from MB to the dealer - within 24hrs I epxect that dealer will call you to get your rig back in.
Keep the beat !

I've experienced it, not to your extent, but I've jumped out into traffic only to find the truck hang up at ~2k rpm's and not want to go anywhere. My truck will actually buck for maybe 5 seconds before picking up the rpm's.
More than a few threads on this forum, all with the very similar experiences.

I had a very similar issue and took it to the dealer 3 times and they couldn't diagnose it. The issue is that when you shut the car off and restart again it may clear the codes and car goes back to working fine. Finally it happened one day and I drove it straight to the MB service dept. Without turning the car off they diagnosed the car and the codes came back as having a faulty "Crank Shaft Position Sensor". They replaced under warranty and the car runs like new again.
good luck.
