valve spring repair... should I be concerned?
I just had a single "valve spring" replaced - engine light on, occasional rough running. Always use high grade gas. Almost always Shell.
I have 61k miles on a '14 (10/13) 550 GL. I do have 100K warranty which covered this. (Heavy highway miles for two years for college daughter's sport, more normal use now).
Should I be concerned? Anyone else had this problem?

I have not personally "seen" this with X166 - if you are under MB warranty - a good thing - since under MB Warranty the dealer wants to do the full work required 1st time thru - as dealer gets paid very well by MB to get it done right/complete from the gitgo if for any reason it needed to be deeper/more 1st time thru.
I hope I have expressed this clearly - with this type engine mechanical - dealer makes the "best" money on getting MB warranty claim diagnosed correctly - and the work needed to be done as deep as needed to go - the 1st time thru - MB warranty on this type of engine repair is very/very strong.

Thanks. I hope you are right. It's a bit concerning. Seems like if one fails, they all could.
