Looking for Technical Service Bulletin info
Hello, all, and thanks in advance for your help.
We have a 2015 GL550, and there are two issues that I would like to have addressed at the dealership under warranty. I've been told by a MB certified technician that both of these issues are "known" service issues, so I would like to have as much information going in as possible. I've never worked with this dealership, so I don't want any trouble from them. Here are the issues we're having:
1. Foul odor coming from AC vents
2. Creaking in the doors -- like the seals aren't tight
I can't seem to find anywhere online that I can access the service bulletins, so if you know the numbers of the specific bulletins for these issues, I would be forever in your debt.
Thank you!

1) There is standard procedure on "foul odor" - which consists, not limited to - replacement of cabin filter, and system spray treatment with the German/MB aircon/duct cleaner - same thing as Einszett treatment - different/larger aerosol bottle. In a 15 - can be accentuated running aircon with climate control too "low" - frosts up evaporator - which defrosts after MB is off.. melting leaving water residue in the system
2) "Creaking door seals" - normal procedure is wipe/clean with seal cleaner - and treatment with German seal conditioner MB/GummeFlege - my German spelling maybe off
