Could someone tell me how the raising/lowering of the vehicle works?
I raised the vehicle after starting the vehicle by pressing on the button but as I began to drive out of the community, the vehicle lowered it self and the red light on the button went off.
how do I know what's normal vs abnormal.behavior with this feature? When are we supposed to use this feature, confused :$

Assuming yours is the same as my 2013 GL350, the raised height is meant for slow speed only. At a certain mph (30?) the vehicle automatically lowers itself for better stability. I believe the manual explains more detail.
