Also - you should have Mercedes Certified Warranty for 5yrs from the original in-service date - since a 2014 could have been sold as early as Sept 2013 - you need to know the original in-service date and effective 5yr date for the warranty.
Your features "list" shows Run-Flat's ? Please check if this GL450 does in fact have a spare - and check the type of fresh tires they put on - it would be a bit unusual for Run Flats for a GL450 unless it had the rare B&O stereo upgrade - might be a spec/mis-type-error - check for spare - check the type of fresh tires on it now.
Keep the beat !
You can also look elsewhere and get it trucked to S Florida for $3K from the left coast. It is a deal if you can buy cars cheaper CPOed with service records. Just look at your net delivered cost.
The one I bought with same options as yours but half the miles was listed for $51k. They won't budge on the price considering it was just listed for a few days. I ended up buying it coz I felt it was a good deal. Dealers within my home area were asking around $58-$60k for even less equipped GL. This dealer was about 1.5hrs drive away.
Good thing I didn't hestitate coz this dealer had 2 other GL for $57k and $58k (less options and more miles). The following weeks after I bought the car, I checked and they too were sold.
I would rather buy from a dealer who priced their vehicles competitively rather than from one who wants to play the game going back and forth. I doubt you can get 10% off. No way they will go down $5k off the bat. If they do, that just means the car was overpriced to begin with.
My car got knocked down $5K from their Nov original listing price in Feb. I got another $1K off that price because that is the logistics cost to move it to an auction.
There are literally over 750 used 2014 8 cylinder GLs in the market FS nationwide on Cars dot com. There is no shortage of supply. It's a buyer's market and will be more of one over the next 8 weeks.

I paid $16k for a 2008 GL450 listed for $19k. I also recently bought a BMW 335 for $25K that was listed at $29k. I know neither are the same as what you're looking at but buying used is all pretty similar with respect to purchase price and list price. Dealer profit margin accepted can vary quite a bit, but 10% under original list price has been the average I most see. Go to nadaguides, put in a 2014 GL450 and you'll see there's a range of over $8,000 between average trade in and Clean Retail. Like chsu74 said, there are many others out there and relaxing some on your area of search increases your odds of finding a better deal. I bought my 335 at Reeves BMW in Tampa, flew one-way out there and drove home to Louisiana. I think when buying a low mileage CPO, your risk is much lower for buying sight-unseen.
