Plugs in rear center console

Just recently bought a 2014 GL 550. It has the rear entertainment system. Below the DVD player there's two plugs that are missing. Are these cigarette lighters?

Think of them more as 12 volt power supplies that require a "Cigarette lighter to USB" power converter to power portable electronics for passengers on the drivers side and middle seat.

The rear passenger side occupant can take advantage of the single "110 volt" power outlet located directly below the 2nd row passenger side seat.

Exactly. Plug in and leave them as USB chargers with an extra wire or 2 for rear pasengers
