Rear hatch button on driver door
Ref 2014 GL, I was of the impression that the rear hatch button on the driver door not only opened/raised the hatch, but closed it as well. My dealer tells me not the case.
Can anyone comment?

Reading the manual helps ... I just found that it will close the tailgate if the engine is a) on, or b) the engine is off but no car doors have been opened....
