rear seatbelts are weak!

Rear seatbelts have a week retraction.still under warranty. Is this a warranty issue? Or is there a easy fix to make them snap back faster? I'm actually getting dings in my door frame when the kids close doors on the seatbelts.

Since you have kids and the belts likely get a good use and a fair share of sticky fingers, mouths and noses... You may check if they aren't just dirty. Do the belts retract faster when you pull them out all the way? If so, you can clean the part that sees heavy use in warm soapy water, then rinse in plain warm water, then fasten and leave to dry.

Just remember to wash gently, basically move around in the water and stroke with your hand, wash away any soap and to never clip on anything on the belts, or do anything that may damage them even in the slightest.

Always good to hear a positive outcome.
