New Bluetooth headphones won't pair
Hi,
I had to buy some headphones on eBay for my 2014 GL 550. I can't get them to pair. Do I have to have them programmed at the dealer? It picks up at our iPhones right off the bat but for some reason doesn't see the headphones

Do you have the factory entertainment hence you want to use the BT headset to listen? I thought the factory headset are not BT based but based on some RF freq.
In any case, I believe the COMAND is a BT receiver and not BT source. Hence, you can pair with iPhone as the source and play it to the COMAND which is the receiver. BT headset are not source. They are meant to receive audio

Yes, you do have to have them programmed at the dealer.
