Does this model have a wear sensor for the front brakes that shows up on the dash when the pads need replacing?

Yes. Front/Right and Rear/Right - 1 sensor per axel.

I'm only speaking from experience. The wear sensors are only on the inner pad. My rear-right outer pad worn down to the metal and I can hear it scraping against my rotor. When I had the rotor and pads replaced, I saw that the sensor is only on one side.
