2015 GL 450

Jerking when shifting gears

Hey guys, I have 2015 GL 450. Recently I noticed my vehicle shifts hard at times. It doesn't happen all the time. I still have warranty left. Any possible ideas on whats causing this?

2015 GL 450

so I took this to the dealership and they said the fix was a minor update to the computer. Hopefully this resolves the issue.

GL350 Bluetec and GLS580

Let us know and check the intake hoses.

Does this happen on upshifts or downshifts? My 2014 GL350 shifts abruptly 4 > 3. I complained to my dealer and got the "it's within normal limits" crock. I complained to an MB zone rep and got the same load of crap.
