Hey guys, I have 2015 GL 450. Recently I noticed my vehicle shifts hard at times. It doesn't happen all the time. I still have warranty left. Any possible ideas on whats causing this?

so I took this to the dealership and they said the fix was a minor update to the computer. Hopefully this resolves the issue.

Does this happen on upshifts or downshifts? My 2014 GL350 shifts abruptly 4 > 3. I complained to my dealer and got the "it's within normal limits" crock. I complained to an MB zone rep and got the same load of crap.

From p to r or p to d. They updated the computer and gave it back to me. Its been only few days since i got it week. So far so good.
