Mercedes GL500
No resonator on gl500 worth it?
Hello. I own a mercedes gl 500 x166. And i want to upgrade my sound without spending too much. What can you suggest me to do? I heard that cutting off the resonator improves the sound. Is it worth doing?

Plan to have mine removed in the next 2 weeks but next week it goes to the shop for last bit of in warranty work. Then resonator goes adding downpipes and then tune. Can’t wait.

Having this done tomorrow however due to timing I had the downpipes added this past Monday so can’t give a clip of resonator only.
