How to remove/fix driver’s side air vent?
The adjustment handle on my driver’s side air vent disconnected. I’m referring to the rectangular one to the left of the steering wheel, above the headlight switch. The dealer wants $250 to fix. I’d rather fix it myself but was looking for some online guidance. The DIY resources aren’t nearly as plentiful here in the MB world. I found some guides but none for an x166.

If my buddy who works at the plant comes over this weekend I will ask him. He has been great and helping me take things off and swap over upgrades since he know how it all goes together. Plus access to factory tools to make it super easy.
Fixed a door lock pin in like 15min. Took it all out and left a door shell. Then all back together.

Fixed a door lock pin in like 15min. Took it all out and left a door shell. Then all back together.
