I have scoured the Mercedes-Benz website and supporting site but cannot find an email to address to contact, all I found were 2 phone numbers. One for new subscribers and general questions +1(888) 581-6915. And another for current subscribers +1(866) 9909-007.

Verizon Telematics who provides mBrace services does not offer a consumer email address that I am aware of ... you can reach by tel or from in-vehicle using "i" button
