So I've been loving the GL so far, but ... wanted to put the car into sport mode, and it turns out I don't have what I think is called dynamic select. I'd like to have something with a bit more sense of urgency from time to time rather than having to use the flappy paddles to get more of a sense of urgency. I'm coming from an electric car so I miss 100% torque at any time and thus waiting a second or two for downgearing is annoying to me. Such a shame as I didn't even consider such an option when I was shopping around in the first place and had just assumed that a software sport mode would be on all cars.
