Navigation Update?
Hi,
Apologies if this has been answered before. Are there cheaper alternatives to updating the map in 2013 gl450? I recently bought a used gl450 and dealer is asking $250+ to update the map.

I have navigation but I never use it. I always use Google maps or Waze on my phone. Maybe it will be helpful if there is no cellular coverage but so far I have never been in such a place and needing directions. In such remote places your current navigation maps should suffice.I for one would never pay to update the navigation.

I have the same question. we just picked up our 2015 GL550. the original owner had map updates included for 3 years, but never updated.
