13/14 GL550 shocks
Hey guys
So I am in the market for a silver 2013/2014 GL550 and had a few questions.
1. Has anyone with one of these early 166's had a shock replaced? The reason I ask is because I have not once read a Carfax stating a shock replacement. A few months ago I was looking for a 2008-2012 GL550 and those had shocks replaced all the time on Carfax.
2. Can a "factory" tow hitch be added that is plug and play?

Hi,
I had my front right shock replaced recently under warranty. Late 2014 GL500. Heard an annoying squeak when travelling on gravel roads when ride height was on level 1 or 2. They first replaced the roll bar link but that didnt solve the problem so they replaced the 1 shock. Problem solved. Never squeaked whilst driving on tar tho.
