Active Curve Recall
Saw this posted inside a thread about active curve and was not aware. Thanks to Chedman13. Link states foam can leak and create a fire. MB was to notify owners starting in June. We are calling dealer today to get a date setup for ours.

UPDATE
Dealer has us setup for Aug 7. Told parts aren’t in and formal notices still to go out. But we are first in line at the dealer with a loaner setup.

I just had my entire ACS replaced bc of leaks, and clanking noises. Yay for CPO Warranty. Previous to this last repair, I also had an oil leak. My recall notice came in a week ago. Even with my recent repairs, I still have to go in for the modified oil cap confirmed by the SA.

I had the dealer top mine up a few months ago when I commented that it felt unrefined and they checked and saw the fluid was low. Surely low fluid means a problem exists?
I sent them this information and they didnt want to know, getting anything done here in the UK is hardwork unless Im paying for it.
Its becoming regular to lodge complaints with Mercedes AMG
