New to MB Considering 2016 GL450

Thank you for any advice.
I am new to MB. I have been reading the forums. I am currently considering a 2016 CPO GL 450 with 27.500 Miles selling for 55,000 from a no haggle dealership in CA.

This car has parktronic which I was looking for. It has several items I didn’t care for like rear entertainment and designo white and designo leather. I’ll be paying for these despite not really needing them.

I was concerned after learning on this forum that this white is hard to maintain. Also wondering if leather is harder to maintain than MB Tex.

The car has many bells and whistles. I can give more details if needed ...PO1 package, driver assist, park assist etc. leather, moon roof, power sears

Does this sound like a good deal? I am a mom if two kids who is just beginning to consider a luxury vehicle. I am open to all comments. Thanks!

Price sounds high for a 2016. You can get a CPO 2018 for not much more. MB Tex is the bomb and yes white leather will be a pain to maintain.

Check on CarGurus for the GL450's. Lot of good options and pricing there. I purchased a CPO 2015 GL450 in April with 13,000 miles for $47,000. Lot of options were included. I wasn't sure on the MB Tex seats, but now I love them! Very easy to maintain, especially for someone with kids. Leather is nice but needs attention a few times a year to keep it in top condition. Good Luck!

Thank you both! I’ll do some more research. I appreciate it.
