Hi All. There are icons (pictures) just above the rotary headlight switch. These icons indicate what position the headlight switch is in (Auto, park, lights etc)
I just noticed that when the lights are on at night, these icons do not illuminate and it seems pretty odd to me. In the dark you can see the illuminated rotary switch but you cant tell what position it is in
Can one of you look at you x166 and tell me if your does the same thing?

yes, yet another oddity of the MB world ... kinda like most TV remotes, can't see what I'm clicking at night ... and even if I'm just memory dialing, it's just nice to have them lit up ... b/c I have the interior lighting option, the ambient LED lights illuminates the rotary dial ...
