Try it.
Lock the vehicle with the button on the fob. Then grasp the door handle normally, and pause before pulling the door open. If the doors unlock, you have Keyless Go.
Post your VIN. We can decode it for you and see if the option is on your vehicle.

The VIN decoder for your vehicle does not mention Keyless Go. Do you have a button for the ignition? Can you enter the locked vehicle by touching the door handle, without operating the key fob? Try these things and report back.

you dont have it, I had a W212 E350 with the same thing your mentioning here and you dont have keyless go. You can do aftermarket if you wanna add it
