Does this seem reasonable?
He gave me a list of recommended items to address.
Now, I know you pay a premium at the dealer, but they quoted $256.76 to replace my engine air filters.
In contrast, the rear differential and transfer case fluid exchange seemed downright reasonable at $179.95 each.
$100 per spark plug seems high as well. ($599.97 for my V6)
Oh, and a $50 shop fee? Really?
I am assuming all dealers are this expensive?

I get these cars are expensive to maintain but they shouldn't have to be if someone knows what they are doing. Dealers make most of their money from service... that's why we call them stealers
You should research Mercedes Prepaid Maintenance - which should cut your total at the dealer quite a bit - 2yrs/20K MSRP $1490 - you can't purchase AFTER service checkin - and you can check before you purchase it "should" cover all factory recommended service items for this service and the next - but check that it does before you buy it.
Do that your self, not sure about plugs.
