GL 550. Looking to purchase. What to look out for?

I've had my 2013 GL550 for almost 3 years. I paid over $5k for a warranty and it hasn't paid out even 1 cent yet. Only items I've done are tires, brakes, battery, and oil changes. It has been the most reliable vehicle I've ever had in my 36 years of owning cars, and that includes lots of Lexus', Toyotas, Nissans, and Hondas.. Perhaps I've found the unicorn.
