I've been plagued by the smell, Mercedes did some cleaning last summer but it was temporary. I am glad this class action law suit came just in time for the summer. Taking it back to MB to fix this, possibly asking them to replace the evaporator.

What is the fix and cost? My dealer told me they don't know. Since the law suit refunds the repair, it is not a "warranty" item, I want to know the cost first. I will be reimbursed at 70%.
