Is the 14 month max time between prepaid maintenances a real thing?

Is the 14 month max time between prepaid maintenances a real thing?
Haven't been driving my GL much the past 3 months due to working from home a lot, and now it's telling me the next service is due despite only driving it less than 6k miles since last service 12 months ago.
I have a prepaid maintenance plan with 2 services left on it - can I wait until I hit around 10k miles since last service like I've always done in the past, or is there a time limit of 14 months max between services that I have to do it within or else I lose a prepaid maintenance service?
I've checked the prepaid maintenance contract I signed and it does not mention a 14 month max time limit between services, but I've see fabbris here talk about it, so I'm not sure?

If I were in this situation I would call my local dealer and ask the question. In fact, call three dealers and ask the same question, and compare the answers.
Separately, modern vehicles use mileage, driving style and time to calculate "service required" status. If the vehicle was under warranty, and it was my vehicle, I would have the service done now, or soon.
