Replacing main window switch (driver side)
Hey all!
Does anyone know if I need to remove the entire door panel to remove the window switch on the driver's side of our X166, or can I remove it by simply releasing some tabs and pulling?

It held in by metal clip on side but not sure you can remove them without taking out the panel.

ugh.. thanks for the info.

Next question - anyone have instructions on how to remove the panel? The only thing I've been able to find is a youtube video of a window tinter removing the trim near the window on a x166.

here you go - it's on ML, but it's the same as GL:
