Front Stabilizer Bar Bushing help

GL 500 2013

Front Stabilizer Bar Bushing help

Hi Fellows, I have GL 500 4.7 2013. I have some trouble with front sway bar bushing... I am told that for this model busing can not be replaced alone and the whole sway bar will need to be changed that cost over $3,000/-
any ideas and advise?

I checked with epc. No rubber bushing available for sale. Whole sway bar only. 2500 at least.

Wow, that is a customer dissatisfier. Stabar bushings are about the easiest things to replace on nearly all cars on the planet.

2014 GL500

How do u install the rubber bushings

Hey all. I ordered the rubber bushings mentioned above from eBay but the problem is the metal brackets holding the old ones on are impossible to pry apart to get the old rubber bushings out.

tried everything but the two metal pieces sandwiching the rubber in are impossible to separate.

anyone done that
