M278 w/ Nanoslide?
Can anyone tell me if/when the M278 switched to Nanoslide from Silitec lined cylinder liners?
Found this article that suggests this is the case but doesn't give a year in which the transition may have occurred?

2014 GL450, 1992 W140 300SD, 1993 W140 300SE, 1987 E30 Convertible
I don't think they switched. Or may be post 2014. M276 installed in post 2014 GL450 GLS450 had nanoslide.
