Designo Ventilated Seats - NOT COOLING?

Designo Ventilated Seats - NOT COOLING?
Anyone have an issue with their ventilated seats not cooling or fan not running? Lights come on the dash, but no noticeable air movement from the vents on the back of the seat, no noticeable fan noise, no noticeable difference through the seat.

Our GL is a 2014 with the Designo interior package.

I can clearly hear mine when I turn on the cooling. I would suggest checking the fuse and also looking under the seat to ensure all the electrical connections are good. One could have possibly been knocked free from something getting under the seat. That would be where I would start. Are they both not working or just one?

Both not working - going to check fuses next - just got home from a 3400KM drive back from where we bought it from, lol!

Since they are both not working I would think it would be fuse or something that supplies power to them.

Update - fuse checks out fine. Its the same fuse for the heated elements according to the fuse chart. So will continue to work the issue and see what I find.

They really don’t blow hard enough to feel. You should be able to hear them when on the highest setting though. Others like land rovers are a world apart better.

@NW-99SS Did you ever get this issue with your ventilated seats resolved? If so, what was the cause of the problem? In my case, I can hear the fan turn on for a moment but within 5 seconds it turns off (as well as the illuminated button on the console).
