Upgrading USB Port “rapid charge” upgrade?
Anyone know if the USB port is capable of “fast charging”? If not can you upgrade it to 2.1 amps?
1. Do the various CarPlay upgrades increase the USB charging amps?
2. what is the current OEM USB amperage?
3. Any amp limitations on Cigarette plug adapter?

I don't know the limit off hand, but I use this Anker cigarette plug in both my vehicles:
It also comes in a USB-C version if you need even more juice.
Works great.
