2013 V8 engine noise
Hi all, Hope you all had a good New Years. This one better than last!!! I have a "new to me" 2013 GL450, very well maintained by dealer, but high mile (190k) siting in my driveway. I am not driving it yet, long story, but just noticed it has a noise from what seems to be bottom of the motor, front, driver's side. I JUST did an oil change and honestly, not sure if the noise was there before the change. But the change went very smoothly, 9 quarts of Liqui-Moly 5W-40 and the zig-zag filter. Hoping it's NOT rod knock! I will try to upload the video I just took. Thanks!

I can hear it. It doesn't sound like a chain. Could it be a belt-driven device or pulley? Other candidates are rod or piston scuff. Do you have rough idle or light smoke from the tailpipe?
