TPMS part # request

One of the valve stems on my 2014 GL550 snapped off. Does anyone know the part number for either replacement stem or the TPMS unit itself, if only sold as a unit... or where I could find that info? (AMG wheels)

Edit : I've found it, thanks

Thanks

Jason

@LIRS6 I though 2014 GL(s) do not have TPMS but detect deflated tire based on the rotation speed difference.

2014’s have TPMS. Some threads here on the forum were very helpful. My valve stem broke off when I tried to remove the metal cap that I had placed on it - mixed metals = a fused cap to stem. I also read how the batteries in the monitors will die after 5-7 yrs, so with this in mind I went to my trusted local tire store and discussed replacing all four monitors, rather than just the stem (my car was delivered fall of 2013). Just one replacement stem alone was quoted by a local MB dealer as costing $74. In this case the tire store replaced all four monitors/stems for $320, so I need not worry about battery failures for the next 5-7 years or so.

@LIRS6 Interesting. I have custom wheels and tires on my 2014 GL350 with TPMS and I did air down couple times to 12/15 PSI for going thru some rough FSRs but I have never seen a warning message on the screen about low pressure. I am thinking that is because sensors were never programmed for this car. Do you recall if you shop did any programming on the new set of sensors?

Have you seen values for tire pressure? If you have seen pressure values, then suspect you did not “set” the values. After driving for say 10-15 mins, go into into tire pressure. If you see readings, then use your down button to get into window where you can set the values by hitting OK. Then if your pressure falls below those set values, you should get a warning. The TPMS does not need to be programmed. Your car should pick up the signals automatically.
