2014 GL350 Camshaft Position Sensor Location

2014 GL350 Camshaft Position Sensor Location
Does anyone now where the Camshaft Position Sensor is located. I a getting a error "P0340 - Camshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Bank 1 or Single Sensor". I am not getting a check engine light, although it is having difficulties starting. All of this happen after Mercedes performed the recent Emissions updates. If these position sensor is the problem and an easy fix I would rather DIY then give Mercedes a few hundred $$$. Any help would be great.

Also, FYI, that error code and the startup issue could also be an indication of a stretched timing chain ---- a not uncommon issue on this motor. The timing chain is also specifically covered by the new emission warranty so if it is the chain, your timing (pun intended) is perfect.

I ended up taking it to MB after a incident where it would not start. Mercedes found that the timing chain was causing the problem after they performed the emissions programing upgrade. Luckily Mercedes is covering the repair under warranty. This totally surprised me since it is a 2014, 7 year old. It is also sad that a MB with only 70,000 would have a timing chain issue.
