HELP! Just changed oil and air filters, now Engine Code P1189 is being thrown

HELP! Just changed oil and air filters, now Engine Code P1189 is being thrown
Simple oil and filters maint, including new air filters. Check engine light is on now though with P1189 code, and Fuel Pressure Monitoring - Governer Deviation at Engine speed to high. Advanced data on obd reader shows Engine Lopp status - Empty result when scanned, Secondary air Status Empty result when scanned. Engine was at 0 RPM, Vehicle speed 0, and Accel pedal 5.88%. So just before engine started apparently. I have tried clearing the engine light and resetting engine control unit to no avail.
Oddly after this happened I noticed an extra wiring connector on top of fuel rail, driver site, with no place to plug it into. I do not recall removing that from anything when I did the air filters.

OK, problem solved. I am a dummie
I screwed up and threw out the old filters before getting the new ones. Forgot to remove the sensor from the left side filter and put on new filter. Expensive lesson.
