Just picked up a 2013 GL550. I’m having an issue with the sensitivity of the right front passenger weight sensing sensor especially in the cold mornings.
To trouble shoot I checked the wires under the front pass seat. I opened up the battery box and found the large wire harness for the seat was routed inside the battery box. The slide cover pinches the harness really tight and it’s hard to get put back together. From the videos I’ve seen of battery changes, I don’t think this harness should be routed this way.
