Hi all. I had to replace my command unit for 2014 GL550. I had to manually check of the settings in HU 7.7. My previous radio was totally dead. I could not copy the data. Can someone with a gl550 please take a picture of their massage settings if possible . Not sure which go on and which stay off. My seats warm and cool, the sides adjust and tighten up. the picture below is what i seen on my screen when I have the massage on. It does not say dynamic.
My car also has the seat button next to the armrest dial. When i touch the button i just get sent to a blank screen where normally it would be the massage screen. Im sure its a settings issues since the massage seats work and I can find the massage menu screen when I go to the systems menu.

I can check on our tomorrow but post the steps to access the menu so I don’t have to search them up again. I will get you all pics and setting requested.
1.end call + 1 + #. At the same time.
2. Scroll down to 7 HW Settings
3. Then go to subsection 7.7 HU parameter
4. When on 7.7 just scroll down. Take pics of everything on that page and just keep scrolling down.
5. To get out of there. Press back button all the way to first page and press end which should be last choice on first page
