Coolant vent line barb

I just did an intake cleaning (9 hours) and the coolant barb broke on removal on this coolant vent hose that mounts to this bracket above the upper idler pulley.

This is the part in question, it snapped off. This is a 2014 GLS550. I'm not sure if I would have better luck posting this to a different M278 platform like the S or E class but I would love the help. I've scoured all the wholesale OEM MB parts dealers and I can't seem to pinpoint it on the diagram.

Thanks a ton in advance

remove the intake, air/water intercooler, access the ports and you clean it out with a combination of soaking it in Berryman's B5 overnight, then using picks, scotchbrite pads, wire brush on a drill until the valves and intake ports are clean. That little coolant barb broke because I was clumsy, the parts quality is fine on them and it should have otherwise come out very easily if I was patient and used a pick to break the seal on it.

this car had 85k on it and it had loud valvetrain sounds and wasn't idling very smoothly or running very efficient. I didn't take pictures while we were working simply because once you get started you kinda just power through the job. This is the second one I've done, the other being a W221 S550. I'm at $150/hr, it's 9 hours book time just to remove everything to get to the ports, I basically did the cleaning part or free, Stuffed new filters, cabin filter, fresh amsoil oil change with a Mann filter, plugs, amsoil signature FE ATF, and everything ran a lot smoother, picked up like 3-4 mpg combined. The rest of the car looked like it hadn't aged a day. Beautiful designo interior

What I don't understand is why the valves all look closed all the time, I only had to spin the engine manually for like 2-3 of the valves.

Valve lift is in the range of 1/4" - 1/2". It doesn't look like much if you can't see the combustion chamber side of the valve.
