You need a new radiator. You have the characteristic cracking of the plastic mounting lugs holding the radiator to the body structure. Not repairable. Not replaceable.

While you are replacing the radiator it is a good idea to replace all the brittle plastic coolant hoses and the coolant reservoir. They will probably brake while taking it apart anyway. There are few on the top of the engine and 4 that go to the turbos off the front of the engine. Common problem due to the heat and age.

This place is a joke.
If the o.p. doesn't know what a leaking radiator is there's about zero chance he can replace the brittle plastic cooling lines to the turbos, and even the radiator replacement is questionable at best.

This place is a joke.
Take it to the dealer or find a repair shop familiar with MB vehicles. The plastic coolant lines to the turbos are very difficult to remove, the other plastic lines to the block break when removing and you have to dig out the little pieces from the block.
