M016 Perfromance Enhanced Engine on VIN - what does this mean?
My VIN decodes with an M016 - Performance Enhanced Engine on the VIN decoder. Does anyone have any ideas what this means? I have a 2015 GL450 with the twin turbo V6. From what I can see this engine has 362 HP - but not sure if this is a special tune for this engine?

Nothing special sorry to say. It’s just bc the same motor is used on the 43 level AMGs
